I wouldn't say that @thatguyyouknow. I think @karlboll is half right and so are you. Psychiatric care to the death penalty is appropriate in my mind.
If they struggle with an attraction they don't want and desire help then they deserve a chance to fix themselves. If an individual is a repeat offender who shows no desire for rehabilitation then I'm not paying for his food and water. Kill them and move on. .22LR is cheap. Shoot him and focus on evaluating the next guy.
