in order to call someone out on something, they have to be wrong. So if you want to get technical, Imy actually calling you out. And I don't hate you. I'm just offended that you think I would lie, and that puts me in a position where I am not as big of a fan of you as I used to be. And doing one thing to someone is enough for anyone.

Some stores don't. this has happened to me before and when I asked to return it they said they can't since "I'm the one who broke it" we. it actually broke as I opened the case. It wouldn't have happened if it was not already damaged.
