I think its the fear of being rejected if trying to make plans and already feeling down about it. The coupled effect just is no bueno.

How old are you, snark? If you're an only parent and lower class, there is no way you can pay the bills n stay at home at the same time. you'd end up homeless. doesn't work that way in real life. kayray is right tho...he could have let a nanny do it (bc he can afford one) but he didn't.

I'm not saying it doesn't....I'm saying its not an excuse anymore. It's not an excuse to use for not being successful or progressing. It shouldn't be something someone is so quick to exclaim because someone doesn't agree with them or something does not go their way. [I feel like I should let you know that I am not white. I am the daughter of immigrants.]

I'm sure that's not the only time whites were enslaved but either way...No black person in the US today was ever a slave...not even their grandparents.

i feel its a little too soon as well. especially because the families of the passengers were told TODAY that all souls were lost on the plane....with not much proof at that. Just breaks my heart....its so sad :'(
