Because, I'm guessing, she was somebody the fan loved, and couldn't do that to her. But then again, the fan should love him/herself more than anybody, and cutting him/herself is just as bad as it would be to cut another with permission

Tried them, pretty nice! I recommend you do it with orange juice, tho, it tastes great! just leave them in the cold long enough.
