I see why you might think that but there is already a giant snake species in Africa. The Python. So I don't think they are hunting pythons not anacondas. Except if it's invasive anacodas, like something you mentioned, they might be smarter than Americans and actually catch them before they screw up the whole echosystem. But even if so I don't think anacondas can survive in the warm, dry African bosveld (bushfield)
