I fostered a hopeless case dog named Ripley for one night, and she was so happy about it that she was taken off the hopeless case list and adopted two days later! Even if you can't adopt, fostering dogs even for a little bit helps IMMENSELY.

No, it's from an episode of the old Justice League cartoon. Morgan Le Fay's son gets rid of all adults, and the League is transformed into the way they were when they were children. It's a good episode, go watch it.
