just off the top of my head, frace is a government formed of a revolution, England is a government formed of a revolution, russia is a government formed of a revolution all of which have changed an equivalent amount as america from how they worked when said revolutions happened. The only difference is the fact its a union of states which of itself is also not unique at all.

The US government is no more unique than any other government. It is not special, it's not exempt from how governments work, and in many aspects it's less efficient and less effective than other forms.
The purpose of the US government is to make laws and enforce laws. Nothing more nothing less. Everything else that it does is, as I said before, secondary

That's how every government is structured. Governments fundamentally exist to keep order. That's what they were invented for and that's their primary obligation. Anything and everything else is secondary and everything is paid for by taxes. Everything is a service and people are entitled to roads, fire response, police response, and medical response in equal measure.

Cool, then stop using the roads, never call the police, and Opt out of protection from foreign powers seeing as the governments only obligation is maintaining order and everything is paid for by tax dollars

no one should have to choose to die of a something that could have been fixed because it costs too much for them to pay for it

the question you have to ask yourself, could you sleep at night knowing that, because you choose to prevent wasting money on idiots, someone died of a cancer they couldnt allow themselves to put their family in debt to treat?

yes, having to pay for an ambulance ride and not having to pay for a fire response is tooootally different things

if you complain about seeing a post on more than one site that's your fault for regularly going to more than one site with similar posting habits and a similar audience. Reddit steals more posts from other sites and other subreddits by ratio of stolen to original content than fubsub by a very large margin. Most things on reddit all are reposts. A large portion of things on top of all time on ANY subreddit are reposts that got more popular than the original.

it's never really bothered me that much that OCD is used as a descriptor for things like this because the things that it's used for tend to be fairly close to the stuff that goes on when im not doing badly that with it that day.
e.g. having to sort my dice by color and type before dnd and getting very upset if one is missing to the point im unable to do anything but look for it till i find it, keeping all my pencils in the same place by color of the shell and all my same shaped and same tipped pens in the same place and put up straight and orderly, repeating a word and having to repeat it 2 more times, checking my car door handle 4 times when i park or 7 times on a slightly worse day.

a very large portion of people on here dont use reddit. Quite a lot dont even really use other sites for memes. It's not a report if its a different site. That's just how memes work. Stuff gets tossed around between like 4 different main sites and then spread out to all the smaller communities elsewhere

Anyone that posts comments kinda often will eventually go through bouts of all of their comments having negative upvotes because 3 or 4 people got offended at something they said so they go and downvote everything you say no matter what it is with probably more than one account.
