welp, that limits a lot of design possibly limiting every phone to being compatible with the same baseline spec charger. if they dont have to be within the same electric output numbers I cant wait for all the people complaining about having their phones break from plugging it into a charger thats too powerful for it because they thought it having the same "head" meant it was 100% identical in functionality.

depends on how they are advocating it. If they arent directly saying "go commit genocide" and are only saying "hey genocide would be cool" they arent inciting anything. thats an expression of an opinion not actively inciting anything, just like saying "man wouldnt it be cool if someone robbed jimmy joe bobs house" isnt illegal but saying "yo billy bo bob go rob jimmy joe bobs house" is illegal.
an example closer to the one given in the post would be that its not illegal to say "hey jimmy joe bob doesnt deserve to live anymore and is an inferior human" but it is illegal to say "hey go kill jimmy joe bob because he doesnt deserve to live anymore and is an inferior human"
