Yea, in places where electric cars are common companies like shell are adding charging systems either in land adjacent to or sitting within gas stations

There’s a weapon called a ripper, it’s a mandalorian weapon made during the time they commonly had conflicts with lightsaber/force users. It’s basically a gun that shoots physical bullets but propelled them with energy systems rather than chemical explosions. Their design purpose was blasting through energy shields without sacrificing the accuracy and power of a blaster, however they were used HEAVILY during the height of the Jedi and sith powers because, being slugthrower, the projectile would shatter upon impact with a lightsaber blade, likely killing the lightsaber user.

Arguably even just the way he worded what he was speaking about “European colonial history” actively acknowledges the fact that it isn’t just Europeans doing this otherwise it would just be “colonial history.”
An example of a far more dishonest and more “opposed to truth” way this could have been worded would be something like
-
Colonial history in 7 words:
“Europeans: is that yours? It’s mine now”

Yea, technically diametrically opposed to truth would require he say something like “land has never been stolen through force.” Anything less than that will have a degree of truth.
What would be more accurate would be to say that it has a questionable relationship with honest framing.
The thing with tweets is that it’s not an unsafe assumption that all the context of the statement is encapsulated in the tweet by which I mean, he’s likely not responding to anyone, he’s likely not referencing outside of the tweet except in what is explicitly stated in the tweet in this case “European colonial history.”

context for the video this is from, its a couple months old so memory is memory but im pretty sure he bought the cheapest 22 conversion kit he could find and it wasnt just full auto, it was full runaway. One trigger pull and release and it dumped half the mag, the only reason it didnt get rid of all of it is because it jammed.

just going to point out, said with like 95% sureness lol, this is a kv-2, one of the coolest and dumbest tanks ever designed and if you have any vague interest in learning about wacky soviet wargear designs thats a good place to dig your claws into as its one of the more fun ones in my opinion.

Depends on whose decision it was that it’s there, if its private companies acting in an altruistic way rather than the government spending tax money on helping people then that’s very much so not socialism. I assume by the fact it’s a a trash can in public it’s likely government property rather than company property but there are notable cases of private companies doing the city governments job for them because it never getting done hurts profits more than just doing it yourself.
It could also be that the company that made them added that as a feature on their own and the government bought the cheapest acceptable option and it happened to be one with those things.

The gun loaded itself 18 comments

He later claimed the gun went off by itself without him firing it. It's a single action revolver, that means you cant pull the trigger until its cocked back.
Before he made that claim, before he blamed the gun itself going off without him doing anything to fire it, I was fairly on board with "negligence of many parties and baldwin trusting too much"
After he made the claim? thats fishy, thats suspicious. That's overspinning your defense. No way did the gun go off by itself, and why would he lie about it going off by itself if there wasnt something wrong with the whole thing? if it wasnt worse than what it seems?

Not to mention it gives the city basically a 100% chance if having rotten fruit smell anywhere they do that during part of the year since there will basically always be missed fruit, misshapen fruit no one grabs, etc and no one is going to willingly clear it out before they rot.

If you can find a straw that can maintain shape in prolonged contact with lava and you can make it go without dying from the superheated pressurised air flow you are making It’ll still stick to your throat D:

Technically you can’t drink lava, it would never make it down your throat. It would stick to you and cool to a solid state inside your mouth and the start of your throat but you’d probably be dead from a boiled brain before that even finishes happening

The fact you think he wouldn’t have been attacked if he was an easier target is fucking bonkers. Those people were actively destroying the city, those people hospitalised a police officer day one with a brick. To think they would have allowed someone they saw as the enemy to exist near them if they were undefended and unarmed is fucking insane
