As an American I have to say a metric fuckton of American tourists are like this. Bare minimum, learn to say "Do you speak English" in the local language. The attempt to communicate first in the local tongue is appreciated.

Got one, the holder is great, but the knives aren't stainless steel so you have to dry them after you use them otherwise they get rust spots.
