Big bang was proposed by a Christian to show how everything could come from a single point (God). Fundamentalism is a more recent invention of mankind and is a parasite that destroys our knowledge and wisdom. Christians in the past have been bastions of science and knowledge, but in the last 100 years, fundamentalists have been doing everything they can to ruin that legacy. Thank you for having the wisdom to make up your own mind.

It's like Machine of Death! This really should be an anthology. Someone call Ryan North! Wait, I'll do it. (forwarding him this)

We are cousins in faith, and while we will disagree on some dogma, there is a lot to embrace each other about. I wish the entire community of Christianity and Islam could feel this way and be perceived this way.

Despite Sony's reasoning for remaking Spider-Man (keeping the license), Garfield has been a fan of the character since childhood, and I feel he plays a much better Parker than McGuire did. I like all of the Ultimate influences, and I'm actually looking forward to the next movie.

I was about to say - Japan has quite a bit of money and a stronger central government. Sorry that this post is making your people look bad. My aunt is from the Phillippines, and she and all of her family seem like awesome people.

Guest is right, though. I'm from America, and so many people are dead-set against paying for universal health care. Because only well-off people should be able to go to the hospital, apparently. (Though people argue that poor people get free health care, which isn't really true - and if we had more universal care, poorer people could get preventative care, which is much, much cheaper than emergency room visits.)

I disagree with his statement wholeheartedly. The Bachelor is already incredibly sexualized. People with other sexual orientations are just people. Some might be more sexual, some less. Being gay doesn't automatically mean that you have uncontrollable sexual urges. I guarantee you that my own (heterosexual) drive is much, much stronger than most gay people's, because that's just how I'm wired.

All I know is that Rupert drives an ice cream truck now. He seems to enjoy it immensely.
