Probably america. One of the few western countries that doesn't provide free health care paid for by taxes. Because they are dicks.

Guest is right, though. I'm from America, and so many people are dead-set against paying for universal health care. Because only well-off people should be able to go to the hospital, apparently. (Though people argue that poor people get free health care, which isn't really true - and if we had more universal care, poorer people could get preventative care, which is much, much cheaper than emergency room visits.)

Well, we do pay for that stuff, but with taxes. It seems like that would be the natural route for hospitals too.

Free healthcare through taxation is a pretty bad idea for American cause the country has a massive percentage of obesity and heart disease meaning exorbrent taxation rates but that's just my opinion
