Here in Australia you usually get a minimum of 20 working days (4 weeks) annual leave and you can generally negotiate with your place of work if you want to bank one year's worth. Generally most places don't like to have to back fill your position for more than a month and a half (6 weeks).

I object to tattoos that are fashion statements because fashions change. Who has a "tribal" tat that they regret??? However, this is an expression of love. And it's lovely.

11am on 11/11 is Remembrance Day in Australia as well. They don't do this any more but when I was a kid, a siren would sound at 11am and all the traffic would stop for one minute.
