I mean no upset or offence at all
Some people have busy lives
Many certainly busier than mine
Nonetheless, how many hours do people, even with busy lives, spend watching TV?
On Facebook?
Smoking?
Drinking?
Is it more than two hours a week?
Exercise isn't necessarily particularly time consuming
You can do a decent work out in 20 mins
Even 5 times a week is less than two hours
