If/when I'm in relationship, physical intimacy like kissing, hugging, cuddling etc. is virtually never off the table

You don't get to make your own rules or at least not fundamentally
Otherwise you could just stop yourself being sad, aroused, angry, depressed, etc. (or all four of those at once, that sounds fun)
