If you want a tip, I can recommend doing just one set of whatever exercise a day
Literally, just do 5 push ups or 10 squats, or any other such exercise
If you do that every day, chances are you'll start to enjoy it - at least, that's what happened with me

The Fairey Swordfishes that crippled the Bismarck weren't exactly outdated
They were introduced into service right at the end of the 1930's
Fun fact: they flew so slowly that the German anti-air gunners couldn't adjust their guns to hit them correctly

I've learned a lot since the 50's
