There is a plethora of characters with fucking massive boobs, so obviously there is going to be many many woman cosplaying said characters. If people don't create the characters with massive breasts and exposed cleavage, then people won't cosplay characters with massive breasts and exposed cleavage. Get it?

But to your question, yes fish do have fat, it is just mostly expressed unsaturated as fish oil. Some have a lot and some not so much, fatty fish include salmon and tuna while fish such as cod and haddock have very little fat.

Gender is a mental thing that a person intrinsically knows and can't really change, sex ( x or y chromosomes) is a physical thing which can be changed with surgery if or when someone's gender doesn't match the sex they were born into.
