Golfer in the central picture is Arnold Palmer, which is also the name of a non-alcoholic mix of iced tea and lemonade that he always ordered and some say might have come up with.

Love all the varieties of peppers. I was lucky enough to work with a guy who grew way too many habaneros and always brought in a few bags to share with the crew.

Having seen Moulin Rouge!, I thought the green fairy represented absinthe, but you were right, there's an absinthe based cocktail called a Green Fairy. Mmmmm! Worm wood.

This should go without saying, it's just common courtesy and works both ways...unless that happens to be one's thing, but that's a "later in the relationship" discussion and should never be assumed.

In an earlier comment, @karlboll answered a guest's query as to what 3x7 was, with a terse, "42". 42 happens to be the well-known answer to the question posed in The Hitchhiker's Guide, as to what was The Meaning of Life, the Universe, and Everything, and since he jokingly claimed 3x7 was 42, I brought the Hitchhikers reference into the comments as a follow up.

Agreed. They should have used the full formula, E=mc², and just like several other logos, played with the size of the “=mc²“ part of it.

It's a "Room Guardian", that stands about 16" high, one of many created by artist AnyaBoz. You can find her on DeviantArt. I believe this was a single item that was listed on EBay at one point but currently is an expired listing.

@kaiserwilhelm A Tesla, T for short, is a unit of magnetic field. Another unit of magnetic field is a gauss. A refrigerator magnet is 100 gauss, a strong refrigerator magnet. The typical strength of the Earth's magnetic field at its surface is around a half a gauss. So those are everyday units of magnetic fields. There are 10,000 gauss in one Tesla.
