I am protestant, have attended church in a couple of denominations, and my current church is "non-denominational." My father is a pastor, and I grew up in the church. I also have a Bachelor in Bible.

@barbaragordon, I believe your definition of sin and your theology on this topic is 100% wrong. HOWEVER, I did not realize you were coming from a catholic standpoint, and believe that is where the difference in our theology is coming from. Also, I am curious as to why you said you know so much about Christianity. Do you have some sort of special education?

The passage is about having no excuse for sin/turning away from God (not about God's individual attributes).

Actually @barbaragordon, the Bible states that God is evident through his creation, and there is no excuse. Romans 1:19-21 is a good place to start in this topic.
