Here's the thing; he is constantly grating on my nerves. For the most part i try to stay neutral with him. We've only got a few days left of school here so there's no way I could buddy up to him that fast anyway.

It's unlikely he's actually planning on doing anything, those games are pretty fun that's why they're games in the first place but if you are concerned you've done the right thing by alerting the vice principle. Honestly just talk to him though, see if he's okay and if you can help out but you never know, he might just be trying to creep you out.

A flash game is just an inbrowser game that uses the flash plugin. He was playing a game where he tortured a person, and he was playing it on his web browser.

I've already reported it to the administration. Also, by torture game I mean, a literal game that involves a torture chamber, and you literally torture a character.

it's not an informal case, school is not necessarily a gathering of people who know each other, and can brush off weird stuff that happens. Torture is not something deemed acceptable or condonable, and if he really wants to see that, then maybe he shouldn't use a school computer for it.
