I’ve never nosebleed in my life. My sister gets nosebleeds from eating chocolate, but none of those bleeds lasted more than 5 minutes

Make sure you don’t tip your head back, or pull the clot out yourself

I used to get nosebleed often when I was a kid bc of the lack vitamin C
But it has never lasted over 1 mins or so

I get really bad nosebleeds during and after cold weather, so much so that as a joke Christmas present I was given a set of tampons for my nosebleeds. Jokes on them though, I ran out of tampons for my nostrils. Clogged em up nicely. Best thing I do is run cold water over my nose in a sink while I let it bleed into the sink. Takes a while, but turns a nosebleed that could last an hour into one that lasts about 20 minutes, and you can pretend you are a serial killer cleaning themselves off after a productive day.

It finally ended after 40 fucking minutes. I have them all the time but never that bad
