I got some experience though :)

I used to do backstage stuff, like painting sets and building props.
I was the designated untangler

Oh man I would simply love to have you backstage

Oh wait that sounds dirty

Lol we were doing Into the Woods and we accidentally painted the trees on the backdrop purple, but it ended up making the forest super spooky and we avoided trouble

Haha that's like super abstract and awesome, theater people love stuff like that, just play along :D

If joining the school play as an eighth grader after years of being too nervous counts, then I’m in. I’ve always loved musical theatre and wanted to get more into it, so I guess this is my debut. We’re doing The Little Mermaid!

Back in high school i was in the plays almost every year. Then the drama teacher that's actually good took a year off in my senior year and the drama teacher that took over was WAY too bad for the job. The politics of high school theatre ruined my senior year, and that is a sentence i never thought i would ever string together XD

I love Musical Theatre it's SO much fun. I've been in multiple plays, musicals and some outside performances until about a year ago cause Yr 12 lol
Some of the best years of my life have been up on stage

We’re three weeks until the show right now, and honestly, I’m feeling more alive than I have in a long time. Maybe it’s being around the theatre kids for hours every day, or maybe it’s because I feel comfortable with myself on stage, doing what I love.
