but why are you to be the crying and why are you singing the song and most biggest question of all why is you on stageing?

All good questions. My best generic advice is to keep yourself out of that headspace. Whatever it is that chokes you up about it- you just need to focus on each moment and nothing else. That is already hard enough- and singing requires and calls upon emotions. So it may not work. Sometimes we just cry and we can’t help it. Start by figuring out why you’re crying, and work on focusing somewhere else or desentizing yourself to the stimulus. Best of luck and break a leg.

If you are able to, frown a little bit. Or smile, whatever works

Say Bubbles in the deepest voice possible. Repeat until you feel better.
Hug a friend.
Breathe. Deep breaths. You got this.

If you're singing a sad song sometimes it's good to cry, shows off the impact of the lyrics. However, if it prevents you from actually singing then I can give you some tips that worked for me. Before I went out on stage I would go to a corner where I could be alone and just repeat a couple of sentences to hype myself up like "I'm gonna fucking own this, No one out there can see what I'm feeling inside, I'm a fucking queen" etc. It helps to remind yourself that no one can actually feel the fear or nerves you have so if you fake confidence even with that gut twisting going on, no one will know. You want to show off that beautiful talent and skill you have, so put yourself in a headspace where you can best show it off. You're gonna nail it bud go out there and give it everything you got.

Ok so update:
It was my last hs chorus concert
I cried a lot
But everyone else cried so it was ok
And it didn’t prevent me from signing too much, I sang our senior song all the way through for the first time
