I'm not a computer expert, but I think in order for someone to help they'll néed more information like what brand of computer you have/age/operating system/the exact messages you're seeing on the screen

Okay so see If you have the ability to reach the reboot options through blue screen error, if not, try letting the power run down until it shuts off. Sometimes when a cup gets cut off before updates finish it can't pick them back up. If you can get into your control panel, or document settings, go to ' 'system and security' click on review system status and hit the 'reset to earlier timeframe. If you are totally cut out and nothing works then I recommend taking it in.
