I'm in a state of denial where I think this some sort of cleverly crafted joke. It's real, but I'm not sure If I trust myself to believe it real.

I just watched it. I've got very mixed feelings. They seem to sorta get the portraying the pokemon part kinda ok from a behavior standpoint based on the anime but they really should have went with less creepy looking visuals. Also they could have picked someone better for the voice of pikachu. I get that he's a big name actor that'll pull sales but he just doesn't get the feel right from what the trailer shows
