I have my own copy to play this time. I got really worried bc my internet sucks, unlike when I played it at my friends house on his file. That, combining with all the numerous glitches said to be online, made me worried on how it'll run. But now after getting ps plus (kinda against my will though) and trying it out... yeah, I still had fun :D

First things first, it was significantly less glitchy than last time I played. The most I encountered was:
Mr. Farmhand didnt appear for me but did for my friend (even if I still saw its HP bar)
One enemy corpse kinda fell through the floor at one point
One of my house appliances refused to work with me until i moved it slightly to the left
Aside from those, the game was pretty glitchless

I will also say that it ran WAY better than I thought it would. I did have some script lag at some points (where you activate a thing and it takes a few seconds to actually do the thing), and at some points the enemies and my friend kinda moved like a slideshow (probably bc I was in a group), and I got 2 complete freezes during my game time, which IS bad nonetheless, but compared to my normal internet, is pretty impressive (my game took 4 fucking days to update bc of my internet)

And final note... yeah, it's still fun! I did some exploring, shot some fuckers, hung out with my friend, saw some other people online (who we treated nicely bc we are not villainous scum), and I made a small yet awesome lil home down by the river near the mothman museum. I had fun with it today, and you can bet your ass I'm gonna get back on it after work tomorrow for some more action.
Side note, anyone else on this site happen to have 76 on ps4? If so, hmu and we can be buddies :D

I've been hesitant because of the forced multiplayer, but I'm a big Fall out fan. In your opinion, would it be worth playing solo (pc)?

I cant give an opinion on the PC version, since I am playing the ps4 version, so idk how that version runs. As for playing solo, i think it's fine for solo, but I bet you could make some friends while playing it to hang out with :D

If you're really hesitant, check some reviews online for the performance, and if it doesnt perform well rn (make sure the reviews are current and not from when the game first came out), then give it some time and buy it when you're ready.
(Theres also a rumour going around that they're gonna make it f2p since it sold so poorly, which I don't believe too much, but idk)

Thanks. I'm mainly trying to avoid having friends. Wondering if it will be fun just solo. I see people all day, and I get tired of popping:)
