So I had a close coworker who had his wife commit suicide at home this week. We were all shocked and taken by surprise. While I cannot imagine what he is going through since he found her, it is hurting us all to having to see him hurt so much. My heart is broken just thinking about it. Please if you are struggling with depression find help. Suicide does not only hurt those related to you. It hurts everybody who has to see those people suffer. Please find help, it is out there waiting for you.

That's so awful, I cannot fathom his pain it would be so hard. Make sure you let him know he is supported and loved because as sad as this sounds, if I was in his situation (unless I had children) I would consider dying myself. Like Xvarnah said if you're effected from this too please talk to us, your workplace is going to be tough and somber for awhile.
