Perhaps they are slowly ratcheting up the number of ads until they release the “ad-free” subscription.

It got better for me after I sent a complaint. Not good - but the worst ones on the bottom and from the sides are gone. Most of the time.

Those just recently started appearing for me, and fucking hell.
I can't even see comments some of the time, because the ad blocks them.

Tbh, I prefer the layout of hear recent ads. Between posts and a little bar at the bottom is better than, 'covering the first two memes on a page and also taking up the top half of the screen no matter what'

I don’t get ads, except for at the very bottom of a page. I use iPhone, safari, no adblock...I would assume I’d get more ads than this, right? Everyone seems to have a different level. I’m going to start a new chat thread, and suggest everyone post the device they are using, the browser, and of they are using an adblocker.
