Depends whether the injuries are restricted to being physical or not.

Any injury or ailment, broken bones, cancer, any muscular disability, anything but it takes twice as long for any injury or ailment of yours to heal. Just had a muscle cramp? it'll last twice as long, just got the flu? Twice as long.

In a heart beat. To stop a kid from going through cancer hell yes. Not just kids either. Your grandfather smoked all his life and got lung cancer and you cure him making you go to ICUS for diarrhea , bam ! Only one in his will.lol

If I could cure mental problems, then maybe.
I could cure everyone, then kill myself. Haha, just kidding, I'm too much of a coward.

Does this include other animals, such as dogs perhaps?

And is there a guarantee that we survive?

I mean I'm already a fairly slow healer, but I guess, maybe?
'
Although in the end, as soon as word of your power gets out, you probably will kill or sequester yourself. Empathy exhaustion and people demanding you heal them or their kids or asking "how you could heal someone so terrible," or "why did you heal THEM and not ME," or pointing out you've healed more people of a certain race or gender etc etc etc.
'
Guilt trips and pressure on a global scale. From yourself as well. "If I hadn't stopped to cure this woman of cancer, this child wouldn't have bled to death..."
'
I feel like you would be burned out in a matter of months, not years. Especially if mental trauma counts as a form of "injury." Even without all that noise, if you try to heal children who have been sexually abused or people who have been burned or mangled, It's almost guaranteed you'd end up with depression and PTSD, and you'd likely never recover

@pranav Depends on your injury, you're not taking the injury/ailment of the person. It just takes longer for yourself to heal from your own injuries i.e. you might bleed out from a gunshot wound since it'd take twice as long to heal compared to a broken tow which wouldn't be life threatening.

Either I live or die, for a kid to survive,eh I had a good run.

oh okay, then yes. although one would need to over time develop a mental strength to withstand the guilt that would build with the understanding that you cant help everyone, like @xvarnah's great point...
