@SuperDave this could be easily fixed using two steps: ban the repeated offender’s IP, and disallow posts from users hiding behind proxies. That way, they would have to go well out of their way to post it again (e.g. having to use someone else’s computer). That in itself may deter them from posting again.

yea if they disallow the use of "proxies" (no one uses proxies in 2019, everyone uses VPNs) i will just stop coming here, no way in hell am i turning it off for a single website

I identified the user that was doing it, that person had 3 accounts. 1 to act normal, and the other 2 to post bad stuff. That IP was banned but thank you for the other suggestion @1_puma, I will disallow posts from proxies. Sorry to everyone that had to see that stuff.
