Like I'm working towards getting better and becoming my depression and anxiety and I know that it will get better, but it fucking hurts right now and I'm so tired of it
I just wish I could take a break from it just for 5 minutes but it's always there and will be for a while until I've worked through all of it... but theres just so much and because I'm in this state more and more problems keep popping up and I feel shitty and worthless all the fucking time

I'm sorry, it gets overwhelming and I understand the frustration in not feeling like you are progressing, but the fact you are working towards it is amazing! My only real suggestion are to keep at it, try all the things most people suggest, and make sure to take some down time. Get engrossed in a video game, a show, anything really, zone out of reality for a bit so you don't feel constantly dragged down by things you can't control. Love you man, keep at it, I believe in you and your happiness.

Would it maybe help to take a few minutes, chill outside, and just look at the stars/clouds, or try drawing something? You could also try to make something with clay - you get to destroy and create without actualy harm to others.
