You play as a park ranger that spends the entire game in a firewatch tower (I do remember it wasn't the game Firewatch) relaying directions to this lost hiker in the middle of the night while trying to decide if he's a Wendigo or not. It's really starting to gnaw at me

Do you know the genre or anything? I've been trying to look into games surrounding wendigos but I'm coming up dry on this search. It sounds really cool. (You play it on steam? Have any way to check your history of games and find it?)
