okay so I just finished watching IT 2 and, correct me if I’m wrong please, PennyWise just got bullied so hard he became a baby that got his heart flipping snatched.

Can you elaborate? I haven't seen the second movie but in the book he's just an otherworldly being, his backstory is really cosmic

It was they made him seem small and feel small by not fearing him but it mainly just looked like they were emotionally attacking him. They just screamed that he was just a clown, just a mimic, etc etc. But I guess now that I think about it it was they didn’t fear him...
