Maybe that's why people become housewives

Start a life off the grid, build a tiny house, plant your own veggies, get solar panels. No ones saying you have to live life the way many others do, there are other options and although not easy they are rewarding.

On the housewives comment.... My wife works too..
And I am actually stuck in my professional life, I get a decent salary in my IT job but the work is primitive, and have asses of managers... Urrrrrgh

Automate everything, slack off

Do you have any goals or motivators to keep you going to work? Such as travel, or the possibility of a new home or a hobby you're passionate about. I find having little goals along the way keeps you more grounded on why you even go to work. (Although I'm still going to push for the tiny house, life in the wilderness)

I work on shifts.. and my team stays 800kms from me.. I mean I work out of a different office..
So mostly I am always alone perse.. and my shifts either begin at 6AM or end at it.. which again has reduced my human interaction....

I don't want to offend your work life or your passions but man....that sounds awful.

On the contrary.. I love my life.. I like being solitary to some extent..
I'm just tired is all...

I get what you mean, sometimes the monotonous routine of work-home-work-home can start to weigh you down. Have you got a holiday coming up? Maybe you just need a good long break
