It was raining pretty hard so I got to jump in loads of puddles all day

Actually no I have something even better: when @xvarnah said "love ya too" to me. I know it's not official, but having someone that isnt a family member tell me they love me, even if it's not serious, made me feel so happy inside bc its been months since I've had that happen to me

@dr_richard_ew Hey guess what? I love you! Also, my friend gave me an unexpected hug. I felt so secure and loved. I felt tears come to my eyes so I had to pretend it was allergies but in truth I’m so touch starved it is on my mind almost 24/7.

It was my son's 3rd birthday today and just watching him enjoy "his"day and all the little celebrations was so much fun!

I actually went to bed at a decent time (10pm, compared to my usual *8am*), and I jumped out of bed with energy for once, instead of groggily rolling out.

Oh, and my hair is finally out of the awkward medium length stage, and now it moves in the wind majestically.
I've caught myself smiling at random points, which is something I never used to do!

Well, my boss who I thought doesn't like me said something unexpected. He said "Good job" and he called me "the best firewatch". I have been scared for my job for a while and that set my mind at ease.

That's a big order there Doc. You sure y'all can handle? [Just kidding lol. To be honest this site is a really great way of getting little bursts of happiness. I actually post three memes days on my whatsapp status for all my friends and they really seem to appreciate it (I've forgotten once or twice to post and received a couple of sad messages in response haha) so it's even cooler because not only am I getting some joy for the day but this site and this awesome community is helping spread joy to my friends and fam]

I realized that I was happy for maybe the first time in my life. I feel like I’ve climbed up a really steep hill and I’m just at the top watching the amazing view all across and feeling the wind in my hair thinking that even if I have bad days I’m still having them from atop this hill and the only reason I’ll walk away is if I see one that’s even higher. I’m not just saying this, I legit love you guys so much. It’s crazy considering I don’t “know” any of you. But I spend my day thinking about how someone here would like something I randomly come across
