Back in the day we had Public Access TV where people could get their usually low quality content put on the airwaves. Someone made an “animated” show of such low quality it was outstanding. I think it was drawn on an Amiga and to move someone they cut them out of the picture and moved them live with the mouse as they filmed their monitor. Scatman Dingo was a character: a talking dingo that did scat jazz singing. The first place I used it as a name it stuck the two together into some kind of triple-entendre so I kept it that way.

Haha no one has ever painted me (to my knowledge at any rate) let alone named something after me before. My name origin is very simple: I see a painting, I like the name, I use the name.
