Memrise is a legit good app. Free (unless you want offline) and you can learn courses made by the community (as well as official ones)

You can also use it on PC. Tbh I really like it and duolingo is a child compared to it

I have used memrise off and on since 2016, it's come a long way and would recommend it above anything else.

Yeah it's a good app, notmany languages tho

The majority of people don't really want to learn obscure languages tho
