If you;re still awake try calming your mind, having a warm drink, getting as comfortable as possible. And put away your phone. Phone screens are proven to make you less tired.

What you're describing might be a cardinal symptom of a depression. Could also be after an extraordinarily exhausting time, and I mean, nearly all of us have had those... but take care of yourself, be aware of other symptoms and consider contacting an expert

I've been there, I'm actually there now. It's been two days since sleep caused by my spontaneous adhd bursts. It sucks but you'll power through it and rest.

Also I did finally sleep, and I keep dreaming and I don't know why. I used to have nice, dark sleep, a comforting slab of nothing. And now I have to dream about stuff.
