And what do prices usually do before and after the game? I'm actually getting it for my bf but I just want to make sure I'm getting the best deal and also getting to surprise him

Prices are usually stable for about the first 6 months to a year after launch. Sometimes you'll get the cyber monday or christmas deal but they are rare

Okay cool

Hmmm okay
I really appreciate this
Thanks yall

Yeah I mean usually I'm pretty paranoid and recommend against any preordering, especially after getting brutally burned by Anthem... but everything about this checks out, the beta was absolutely fantastic, all the notations and dev communication is on point. I say go for it.

Yeah I'd also say go for it, but I'm a little biased as I really enjoy the studio and have already preordered the game

I already pre ordered it as well, not regretting it at all. Even after the Anthem catastrophe like Interesting mentioned lol

Out of curiosity what does pre-ordering get you? Can’t you just purchase it the first day it comes out?
savage_demmigod · 3 years ago
I'm super stoked. I hope he likes it

@mikriarktos it still burns me how that turned out lol

@scatmandigo In the case of Cyberpunk, pre-ordering it doesn't give you any additional content or anything like that. You'll just be able to play it a few days before the official release. But for other games it might give bonus content or artwork or goodies in the case of preordering limited edition

I only pre-order from devs or publishers i trust to release good content, if that is the case here i say go for it

@mikriarktos Thanks, I’ve seen the topic discussed before but never really understood why it was important.
