If you are serious about it then you technically don't even need other people.

There are plenty of artists (on YouTube especially) that play literally every instrument in the music they make.

And there's plenty of people who hire people as they go.

Wouldn't be super easy right now but you could post somewhere your interest informing a band and see if anyone in your area responds

You could do as Cake suggests and form one virtually

Or you could just focus on mastering one instrument to start and go from there
