The only question you asked is if I thought the military was capable of destroying the equipment and I answered. Now you answer mine. What was the strategic reason in Trump’s plan to wait 11 months to deal with the equipment when there were only 2,500 troops left to do it?

Again you evade the direct question and try to deflect. Bottom line is that Biden did about as well as anyone could in that situation. Biden is also well within his authority to change OSHA rules and require weekly testing. You just sit there and seethe because whatever radio guy you listen to tells you how bad Biden is and you desperately want it to be true.

Trump is out. Has been out. Biden held to none of his commitments or policies, and is bound by none of them. Trump can't be blamed this late in the game.
And yes, POTUS can tell OSHA what to do. But OSHA is not above the courts, the legislature, the state's governments, or especially the constitution. Just admit what this is, a targeted strike meant to accomplish nothing but removing mostly nonconforming minorities from the work force, to cripple non-authoritarian businesses, and to blame political opposition and target them for more invasions on liberty and more blatant malicious persecution.

I will never admit to crackpot theories about how the government’s only function is to perpetrate conspiracies against its citizens. It just makes you sound like a looney. Yes, OSHA isn’t above the courts. And if a lawsuit goes to the courts and they order OSHA to overturn the regulation then I would expect them to comply. Until that happens what Biden is going is legal and appropriate. The people who hold their personal freedom of choice higher than the good of their country’s citizens should be treated like the children they are acting like.
