How gory is it? My 12yo wants to watch it.

@scatmandingo it gets pretty violent, it's mostly shooting deaths although some are from falls. It's almost whimsical in the beginning but as the numbers dwindle it takes a radically different tone. It's hard to say how appropriate it is for a kid, I was little when I saw stuff like Terminator and Aliens and none of that phased me. But we're literally talking about somewhere around 450 people getting murdered over the course of the series

That might be a bit much for her. She snuck a couple of episodes at a sleepover and said it wasn’t too bad but when I checked IMDb it said it was super violent. Now I understand why. Much appreciated. You really are a nice and gel man. ;)

I'm late to this thread but I would recommend watching it before allowing your 12 yr old to see it as there are some pretty fucked up scenes involving themes such as organ harvesting, brain matter exposed, suicide, sex, and sexual assault.

Lol I forgot about the sex scene and the organ harvesting, I guess that's a testament to how much crazy shit happens

After 2 episodes I had to take a break. Fucking Dr. Doom over here fucking EVERYONE'S life up.

I'm on episode 7. I caught myself literally panting like a dog trying to catch my breath. OH MY FUCKING GOD. It's no wonder it took the dude like 10 years for anyone to okay this. It's bonkers as fuck but my god; one second you are in euphoria like... and then it's like hold my beer Game of Thrones.

This actually might be better than Breaking Bad's entire run with just 6 episodes that i've seen. I consider Breaking Bad the greatest TV series ever made. This easily torches the first season of that. I've never actually panted like a dog before; that shit was surreal.

It's crazy how you think there's no way it can get any more intense and then it introduces something that makes the first episodes seem relaxing
