lets talk, just not small talk, more like a conversation you have with a good friend at 3 am let's fucking bond and shit, swap stories and talk about dreams or just aspirations and goals

I don't think we have the same idea about talks at 3 am

2-3am talks are the best, I'm in

Alright what's your dream, your passion, what gets you out of bed Paris?

The future mostly, I love the present but the thought that in the future I'll be travelling and surrounded by new experiences and new friends is my drive to work hard now. I also really really enjoy little things, like sitting in my "ponder chair" and drinking coffee or just warming my face directly in the sun. Simple things like that also get me through rough days. How bout you folk?

I wish I had an answer to that question, I just go through the motions really, well in my own way, I stay in the present, but I also get sidetracked by the past, the idea of the future scares me, but I have to deal with it, because it's not like I can just dismiss everyday, I don't know it's definitely a question that makes you think huh?

Yeah it is, sometimes it's best to just not think about it and go with the flow like you do. I find it's nice to have a goal, although some people find it pretty hard to stick to it and then get depressed when they don't achieve it, that's why I like appreciating the small things. I often get stuck on the past, or mostly my past self, like 2 years ago I was pretty depressed and often wished I could be my old self again and all those thoughts but I came out of that and I'm happy with who I am I think. I'm still growing, I'll never stop I hope and that's always nice to think, I'll never stop changing myself to be who I want to be even if I'm content with who I am now.

And that is honestly great Paris, I wish I could think that way but my brain seems to stay hard wired to the way it perceives things now

I have to be honest and say yeah I agree, I'm extremely lucky and proud of how self aware I am. Yeah well that makes sense, you've grown up this way so it'd be hard to change all those synapses now but you can, it'll take time and effort but you can do it. This may sound like a cheesy hippie thing but meditating really does help.
