Statistically, a woman on the pill her whole life has a 70% chance of having at least one pregnancy. I heard that on a talk show so no source, but I hear a lot about women who take the pill regularly and still get pregnant so I believe it. Even sterilized women still have a chance of getting pregnant (1 in 200). So alas there's no sure fire method.

When I was touring colleges back in high school I passed this reserved, shy looking guy in a kilt also getting a college tour and Im a girl and I thought he was cute so I said "I like your kilt" which was true, I did, and he just got this smile so wide and stood a little taller. I never saw him again but it's a nice memory.

Side note that some very cool Catholic saints living at the time also recognized that it was a bad thing to do (there was a lot of corruption goin around) and they set about the Reformation, which fixed a lot of that during their lifetime. So there were a couple solutions in effect actually.

At the end of the day it doesn't matter how much money a person makes, they can still be treated unfairly, esp in large groups, and that shouldn't happen.

Can someone give me the sparknotes version of whats happening to Fsub? I know its under new management and that there are more ads, is that all? Also who is Zeus? I've been a regular here for the past 4 years, so I feel like I should know, but I'm lost :P

I worked ticket sales at a movie theater and ppl would be like "one ticket" and if they're at that 50-70 range, it's basically my nightmare because if I give them a senior ticket and they think they're young, they'll yell at me for calling them old and if I give them an adult ticket and they're old enough, they'll yell at me for ripping them off. So every time I pretend I don't hear them and go "Sorry, how many adult, senior, and children tickets?" and then they'll usually clarify.

I got a goldfish goin on 2 years. He's so cute and I love him. i'm gonna be so sad when he passes, but goldfish can live upwards of 40 years so hopefully we'll have lots more time together

Hard to believe they would let go of a loyal employee for a small complaint. Unless he'd been a terrible employee and this was the last straw that they're using as an excuse to fire him.
