I don't really see the argument here tbh. Very few people get sick because of unwashed produce, but if you can wash it, why take the chance? I see that it's the parents choice to vaccinate their kids, and should be respected in a sense, but there is a lot of data that vaccinations are the healthiest decision for both the individual and society. And hyperbole through humor is just one way that groups/advocates can spread a message that may be lost on some anti vax parents, which is that disease and mortality are very real risks of their decisions.
