Not sure, but my school also disallowed unvaccinated children for non religious/health reasons. But I still knew antivaxx kids whose parents got around it. Claimed religious reasons, but they were Catholic and Catholics have no vaccine restrictions that I am aware of, so idk.

I usually offer gift cards to the dollar store or restaurants. Super easy to carry around, and people who don't need those amenities are less likely to take them. But at the end of the day, I can't really judge who would buy drugs/alcohol just based on looks.

"once the women are empowered, they'll be fully capable of leading their own conference." what's the point then, the whole reason it matters now for women to lead themselves is bc of human justice, not wanting to wait until considerate men in positions of power allow them to have more civil rights

I don't think the ancient Greeks are a particularly good role model society to support the lgbt community. They viewed penetrative sex as a form of domination, so the submissive male was essentially stripped of his masculinity. In addition, submissive males were usually underage.

My new cat Barbara is really very shy. She's the sweetest cat in the world and would never lash out, and loves being pet, but she almost never approaches strangers due to being abandoned twice and surviving getting hit by a car (sad origin story), so I make extra certain to tell people when she does something unusually kind.

Idk what y'all think every kid is like, but my lil toddler brothers who I take care of sit there and eat their food, or talk amongst themselves or with us at normal volumes.

I went to the theaters to see it and a family brought 4 kids between 0 and 12. One of them started crying when the Joker killed <unnamed spoiler person>. I wasn't even mad about the crying, I just felt bad

I mean, early Christians would build alters out of the bones of their martyred brothers and sisters and then illegally worship and consume the flesh and blood of their God who had been publicly executed by the state, so sounds about right
