If you put a candle in a pot with a little water in it on the stove and turn it on low, the candle will smell stronger and last a lot longer

My neighbors dog had a collar that would shock him when he left their yard, so he would stick his head as far as it would go so it would shock him, let the battery run out, then escape. He would be shocked for ten mins straight
