I guess I get that your coming from a whole different background. you kinda grew up with it where I grew up in a house when we could pay the bills sometimes we would have to wait until next payday to go grocery shopping and would have to scrounge up a meal from crackers ketchup and some canned food we had lying around. When you grow up like that the the idea of backpacking/couch surfing and living off of small savings is very unappealing. I have been on a plane once and went to Colorado and it was by far one of the best weekends of my life(I saved up my own money). I would love to travel but in my world it’s more important to make sure my family members are taken care of first. I’ll hopefully go to collage next year (if I can get some good scholarships) and after I would like to join the military so hopefully that gives some travel opportunities.
