I don't see why not though. All you need to be street legal are a certain set of requirements. Hell, you could jury rig a bike with a chainsaw motor to be legal if you want. All you need to do are fulfill the requirements which include three brake lights, blinkers, seat belt maybe, and a few other things which I don't know because I've never looked into this.
