Still doesn't make sense. They can take hair from anywhere on your body to do a drug test (eg. eyebrows, arm/leg) so she would have had to shave her entire body for that to be a plausible explanation.

Funny...last I checked, Iran hasn't banned Americans from entering their country!?! They are a very tolerant people actually, which you would know if (some of) you Americans would bother to explore and educate yourself about the world around you instead of being so closed-minded and believing every uninformed and ignorant claim your politicians make. I feel sorry for people like you and am so grateful I live in a country that embraces people of all different cultures.

Yes - and they're also both part of the European Union so you do not need to show a passport or go through any 'official' process to cross the border from one EU country to another.

It's only for chest x-rays...they have to keep their arms above their head so you get a full view of their lungs. And sitting in that contraption usually makes them cry - which makes the lungs fully inflated and more visible.

umm...i don't know where you were visiting, but we most certainly have handheld showers in canada. the only place you usually can't find them are in some hotels...but of course in canada we wash our butts with a good maple syrup scrub and use a hockey stick to wipe

My apartment got robbed (3 times in 6 months...) and one time they took all of my CDs except for my Sarah McLaughlin and Alanis Morisette. Nothing crushes your self esteem like having your musical tastes judged by someone who robs people for a living!

Yes, it is possible - but it doesn't mean you're healthy...just skinny. On the flip side, you can eat healthy, exercise and still be overweight...and potentially be even healthier than the skinny person who eats unhealthy and doesn't exercise. I wish people would see past the skinny vs. fat labels and realize that healthy (and unhealthy) bodies come in all shapes and sizes. Which is I think the point of this post...sorry for the rant.

Actually, although UVB rays can't pass through glass, at least 50% of UVA rays can penetrate glass - so you can actually get a sunburn while in a car.
